Refund Policy:
There is a $250 non-refundable deposit for any cancellations before March 31, 2011 and a $500 non-refundable deposit for any cancellations before July 31, 2011 unless we can fill your spot. There will be no refunds after August 31, 2011, unless we can fill your spot. I encourage you to purchase travel insurance. All cancellations must be in writing.
Travel to Costa Rica
Arrivals/Departures:
Participants should plan to fly into San Jose International Airport (SJO). Airport transfers will be provided by Pura Vida. A transfer form will be emailed to you upon registration. Please complete the form and fax directly to Pura Vida Spa.
Please plan to arrive before 6:30pm on Saturday, November 5, and to depart before 11:00am on Saturday, November 12th.
Travel Documents Needed:
Citizens of the U.S. and Canada may enter Costa Rica with a valid passport. Please note that Costa Rican law requires your passport be valid for at least 30 days after the date you enter the country. This means that if your passport will expire within the next 30 days, you must renew it before your trip. Check with your airline or travel agent for more information. Citizens of other countries should check with the applicable Costa Rican Consulate in your country about rules governing entrance into Costa Rica. You are required to carry your passport with you at all times. If you are stopped by officials, a photocopy with your photo, passport number and entry stamp will usually suffice and is recommended.
Customs Fee: All travelers will be required to pay a $26.00 (in cash) customs fee upon departure of Costa Rica.
