What is Dynamic Mindfulness?
Dynamic Mindfulness incorporates evidence based techniques and movements that help students (K-12) to balance emotions, cultivate self awareness, reduce stress, increase focus and concentration, and build healthy relationships. Parents of all ages will benefit as well.
Come and learn some fun movements and techniques that will help your child (and you) cope better with stress, anxiety, and uncomfortable emotions.
Please bring your child (K-8) with you. This is a student-centered workshop.
